- January 26 - Annual Grant Application Deadline
- February 5 - Annual Grant Preliminary Recommendations Released
- February 12 - Groups notified of Final Recommendations
- February 13 - Senate votes on Annual Grants Package
- February 14 - GSC votes on Annual Grants Package
- February 15, 12:00 AM - Petitioning Period Opens (Declarations of Intent Open)
- February 19, 11:59 PM - Petitioning Period Closes (Declarations of Intent Close, Collecting Signatures Ends)
- February 26 - Petitions verified for Ballot Placement
- April 1 - Candidate Handbook Statements Due (We recommend all endorsements to be completed by this point)
- April 2 - Campaigning Period Begins
- April 10, 11:59 PM - Campaigning Period Ends
- April 7 - Deadline to Withdraw from Ballot
- April 11, 12:00 AM - Ballot Opens
- April 12, 11:59 PM - Ballot Closes
- April 14 - Preliminary Election Results Announced
The Undergraduate Senate Appropriations Committee will hold office hours for those groups seeking legislative approval of their Annual Grant requests on the following dates:
The Graduate Student Council meets Wednesdays at 7:00PM.
Groups seeking Special Fees should send the same representative to both the Funding Committee meeting and the full GSC meeting.
